As many of you already know, I have been your local massage therapist here in Knoxville for what I can’t believe will be 8 years coming up!
I built Equipoise Massage in 2020, and have been blessed with all of your support-as I could not have done it without you!
I specialize in deep tissue therapy, addressing the innermost muscles that tend to hold onto tension. I incorporate trigger point work, and focus on the release of overworked muscles by using slow, and broad pressure strokes.
Along with your bodywork, I let your session time be a peaceful place that I allow both decompressing quietness, or a safe space for you to talk. Either way, I’m your professional and friend. Equipoise Massage Works 🧡.
