A picture is worth a thousand words. A smell, a taste and song can all take you back to a certain place and time. We wanted to draw on some of the best moments (and memories) from our trip to Italy to create this year’s Negroni Week Menu.

Introducing Strawberry Phosphate our speciality cocktail in honor of our good friends production of “Our Town”, at now through September 29th.

It’s an Americano riff — Cocchi Rosa , select bitter, strawberry syrup, and ginger beer. It’s light, bitter, and slightly sweet. 🍓

Aperitivo is a drink, a snack, a time of day, and most importantly, a state of being. It is simultaneously a meditation on the day and a release from it. Aperitivo is the ritual of transitioning one’s self toward the better aspects of life: food, drink, thought, and friends, both old and new.

Owners Aaron Thompson and Jessica “Rabbit” King closely studied aperitivo culture in Rome and Milan, where tasty, small snacks are served with lower-proof cocktails. They see Brother Wolf cultivating an atmosphere that fosters “long conversations fueled by long drinks.” King, along with her staff, have created a menu of classic aperitivo cocktails, including 11 variations of the Negroni, several Spritzes and an icy Sgroppino. Not sure where to start? We love helping our guests discover their new favorite cocktail.

Wine is meant to be part of the meal. An extension of the taste, experience and flavors. Our staff loves helping you pair the perfect wine to please your palate. Just ask!

Baked fresh daily, our delicious rosemary focaccia bread is a crowd (and staff) favorite with its gorgeous golden color, airy, soft center and topped with fresh rosemary, olive oil and flaky sea salt. Pair it with our house-made meatballs for the perfect aperitivio hour.
