Well all finished for now. Work on the cross beams next weekend, then she will be ready for the siren head to mount. Then the control cabinet mounting after that. Not much longer another siren will be ready to show off and be functional. 🙂👍

Finally getting the chance to work on this trailer. Stripping the old electrical lines today and masking to repaint and water seal the boards. We are ready to get this Siren off the ground and functional.

Latest project:
ASC-T121 is being permanently erected for Broadacres Subdivision in Powell, TN. This will actually serve as a tornado warning siren.
Control panel is already erected. We are awaiting obtaining a phone pole for the continuation of this project.
Follow us for more updates as they become available.
This is the same style siren as Oak Ridge ,TN uses.

Hi everyone . . . ., sorry for the long reprieve of posts. The group is very well still active. We are in the process of restoring some thunderbolts and newly aquired ASC T-121"s, As the winter weather passes on and spring hits, we will have more restoration updates and festival appearance information. Thanks to all that support our cause of siren history.

Today we along with myTDOT encourage all of our responders to participate by doing their part to help educate other drivers, family, and friends, about the importance of not driving distracted, and respecting our roadside heroes by slowing down, and/or moving over when approaching emergency vehicles on, in, or near the the roadway. Our personnel at Station #26 joined with TDOT to raise awareness.
