These are the numbers that I care about the most—the statistics that describe the money my clients have either saved or made.

📊📈📉 I analyzed the numbers for my buyers who closed between June 2021 and June 2022 to update them on their current home's value, and came across some amazing statistics.

🙌🏻For my buyers who closed during that time, their home values have increased by an average rate of 19.73% and an average amount of $61,969.74! (The average sales price in our market during that period has only increased, year over year, by 11%.)🙌🏻

🤩That means more freedom for my clients to use their equity in the way that best fits their situation. I love that! 😍

👏🏼👏🏼On the sellers' side, my clients have gained an average of $35,000.00 (or an average rate of 13.47%) more than their initial goals when we listed their homes. This number is different from the list-to-sold price ratio because my clients' goals were all higher than the price we listed their properties at. I'm very proud of this statistic! (This makes me even happier because the market has averaged only 2% sold price over list price during the same area and time period.)
