Strength Training for Longevity

Low back pain is a part of life. @mandymaker demonstrates a couple exercises you can do to get some relief. On the right, rock backs on all fours helps to improve lumbar flexion and extension. Gradually increase range of movement as your body allows. On the left, cat/camels using a band to improve ability to isolate movement to lumbar spine and get those segments moving again. Give them a try and let me know how it goes! [Cups provide added decompression to improve movement with rock backs.]

It’s game day baby!!! Don’t let the soft chairs and poor posture at the tail gait aggravate your neck and back. Correcting the posture is the easiest solution.....but, if this happens to you today, repeatedly bending backwards several times at the neck, upper back and lower back may help to improve your motion, posture and discomfort.
