My experience lately has been the quiet days, as I’ve come to call them. It’s part of this new space and allowance for what was to be done and what is to slowly introduce herself.
•
It’s magical and full of yearning perhaps.
It’s also uncomfortable and uncertain.
Lots of reference points and measurements that are wanting to stay (maybe cuz I’m holding onto them ?! 🤔😳🤪🤷🏻‍♀️) and also wanting to be free, as they know their time to depart has come.
•
Their “purpose” has been “served”.
•
As I was chatting with the Akashic Records today, chatting with them about what I didn’t want to look at (their suggestion! Hee hee) they said to me “The world doesn’t need to make sense”
•
And in that moment I recognized how so much of my outlook and focus was spent on understanding e v e r y t h I n g.
•
That, for me, reaching peace was for everything to cohesively be one piece. And this came through understanding / sense.
•
Where is the adventure, if we’re trying to assemble our lives instead of seeing them exactly as they are?
•
I’m sure there is much much more around this statement.
•

9 months, you have arrived! 🌞

And now we enjoy this sweet time prior to Baby's arrival, trusting in the unknown more fully than before.

Thank you for being with me, as I have tended to what has been, is, and will be present for me. I am still seeing clients virtually until September 29th, and shall resume towards the end of April, 2022. I am leaving space for this to shift and change, so I may best meet the needs, desires, and wants of our family, me, and this business.

I am excited to see how all shall evolve, playing with the possibilities and posting when/as I feel the nudge and call. Grateful for this moment, and all moments that have led me here. Excited for those to come. Basking in the power of creation.

I’ve said many times how we’re potentially always in a grief cycle. As I’ve been recently present with many griefs, I realize the naturalness of grief and the gift it really is.

“I am growing a human” 🌱💫

It’s true! My husband and I are expecting our first child in October! 🎉
•
And yet, there’s more to this bit of news that is much more infinitely exquisite. 🌸
•
About a week and a half ago, I had the honor, privilege, and joy to teach an ARCI, LLC Level IV class. It’s a 4 day class that is slightly intense (if we’re keeping it real 😉)
•
Unconditional love was one of the areas we forayed into. As I was sitting there, holding space, present, and witnessing the students, the showed me a memory of a conversation where a few friends have said to me, “Molly, remember, you’re growing a human. You’re allowed to take a break, rest, and allow this time.” As I sat with this memory, the next images and energy waves were showing me how easily we generally unconditionally love babies. There is no requirement, no rules, nothing to prevent this gushing flow.
•
And so many of us, as adults, forget about unconditional love, especially towards ourselves.
•
The reality is, is we are ALL growing humans. Sometimes it means us. We are growing ourselves. We are “doing the work” to return to a state that was AND IS naturally, ours.
•
The truth of this my dear friends humbles, inspires, and thrills me. There is so much beauty in this experience.
•
May you always know that you are growing a human. May you nourish yourself in all the ways. May you honor the growth and effort of all you have put forward. May you embrace You, You awesome Being you. ✨⚡️✨

Yesterday, we met in community and chatted with our around embodying “All Together Now” This speaks to us, as individuals, us, as groups, us, as the whole. The levels of exploration around what this is and means is indeed !

What came through for many was the energy of innocence. Initially, our mental minds recall innocence that is experienced as a child. As we were with the energies and all contributed, we were met with and surrounded by
•
the presence of “I don’t know” / the
•
the allowance and acceptance of the perfect world from this place
•
the of the possibilities in this space of not knowing
•
Innocence
•
It’s not just a memory, or even a state of being. It’s an embracing of an inner known truth that all is well, all may be perfect, and the “options” before us are expansive and allowing.

Hi, dear friends. I’ve really been spending time with exploring WHOLENESS - living from and allowing all of my bodies - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
•
It appears, at this point in time (! are there actual points in time? 🤔) that pains, hurts, and sufferings become present as we may neglect, forget about, not have comfort in one or many or all of our bodies. It also REAL feels like now is a time when whole living is on everyone’s radar/plate in its own way.
•
This morning I was spending time with a memory I have with a family member and how the hurt I experienced from the interaction was still part of my choices and interactions with this person.
•
In my mental body I understand the event, the choice, the stress they were under and really don’t fault and disagree with their actions.
•
Physically my body feels free and “clear” of the memory. Grateful for the forgivenesses prayer provided by the !
•
Emotionally, it’s present and yet I have awareness it’s there and so allow myself time and space before responding to this family member, (as best as I can) to prevent further hurts.
•
Spiritually, it bounces in and out. And today, today! After almost a year of this occurrence happening, I received more information to assist me with unlocking a deeper understanding! Huzzah! 🎉
•
➡️➡️➡️ We become hurt in moments, exchanges, events, life! When there is any part of us that believes we are not whole and are incomplete. ⬅️⬅️⬅️

This is part of how the journey is. We receive pieces and bits and information ALWAYS as we live and breathe. And as we are able to be present in all of who we are, each body “provides” access to deeper or more intricate levels so we can further understand and come into loving ourselves MORE.

Evolution is so wickedly beautiful. 🌱🪴🍂

Time and space, dear friends, so you may enjoy and unwrap all that is available of the beauty of you. (And all, right? )

Seeing ferns in this stage of growth has always thrilled me! It fascinates my mind to figure out the 'puzzle' of the unfurl. And then to look and see various shoots in various stages of their unfurling reminds me of natural timing, and the grace given to each and every 'unfolding'

The unfurling of our own beauty may not feel as coordinated or flowy as the ferns, and yet, as we continue to discover who we are and how we walk on this earth, we are eschewing our own majesty and magic to those around us.

In all of the bits and stages, may you allow your own inner majesty to be seen by you, as it surely is evidenced by others. Own the beauty within you, at whatever and any stage you may be. We are always blooming (I feel I've said this before...) and honoring our majesty allows us to. BE. boundless.

Each day I try to get outside, just to sit and BE. (I do this more now that the sun is out more and the temps are a little higher, and yet on cold, cloudy days it's not that I don't do it... )

Some of my favorite days are when there are clouds, sun, and movement. It returns me to a childlike place of innocence, where the sun hides for a bit, and magically re-appears.

Soaking in her light and radiance fuels me
Feeling the shadow and breeze from the clouds restores me
And on we dance

Today I’m flying home for the funeral of my cousin. I have been feeling the energies of this weekend in small bits these last few days. Some threads were sadness, some were excitement, some were worry, some were of despair.
•
I was watching my brain play out scenarios of what may happen. It was incessant to a degree. In journaling with my I realized a belief I’ve held (we’ll say it’s fully in the past now, right? 😉) is that my job/role is to make things feel “good” for me, for others, the time together, the gathering. •
There are so many realities (and stories) around this, and yet what most fully resonated with me at this time is feeling complete and feeling good are not necessarily the same thing (or are they? my cheeky AR asked me)
•
There’s also a freedom to give to myself because what feels good and complete to me, from a heart centered place of being may be a completely different experience to another.
•
And this is ok.
•
Presence in heart centered living knows all is ok, all is as is, and all is perfect in each moment, regardless of what emotions and thoughts may be peppering the experience, wanting us to believe otherwise.
•
Choosing to live with presence is allowing me a new understanding of freedom.
•
Here’s to embracing and allowing without labels and fear. 🥂
