MTB Welcomes Kim Smith, Licensed Massage Therapist!

Kim has 20 years experience as a mental health counselor, providing talk therapy with individuals focused on mental health and substance abuse. Kim followed his call to incorporate a body centered approach to healing by attending Indiana Therapeutic Massage School. As a massage therapist he offers a calm, comforting demeanor with exceptional communication skills and an intuitive approach. He is a trauma sensitive practitioner with experience assisting individuals in regulating their nervous systems and fostering a mind-body connection. Kim is passionate about assisting others to release stored muscle tension, pain, and stuck emotions in the body.

Kim offers a combination of Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques to clients 18 years and older. Sessions are 60 minutes and are tailored to each person's individual needs.
