Position Title: Carpenter

Position Summary:
Provide assistance to subcontractors and managers to ensure quality and timely completions of projects.

Job Duties:
1. Assist subcontractors in completing projects
2. Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
3. Work with crews to ensure job site cleanliness
4. Assist with punch out lists to finalize projects
5. Complete warranty inspections as necessary
6. Complete warranty punch out lists
7. General maintenance of all buildings owned
8. Special projects as needed- (demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, finish work, etc.)

Qualifications:
1. ATTENTION TO DETAIL (very organized)
2. Must be able to perform basic construction duties. This list includes but not limited to setting/hanging doors, adjusting doors, backsplash, set toilets, install faucets, install light fixtures, install flooring, install cabinets, install trim, touch up paint, misc. framing, install windows, repair siding, etc.
3. Clean driving record and reliable transportation
4. Clean criminal record
5. Positive attitude
6. Team mentality
7. Takes direction well
8. Available Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Must also be able to facilitate emergency calls when necessary, at properties.
9. Must be Technology Proficient
10. Quickbooks experience preferred
11. Microsoft Office experience preferred
