Branzino tastes remarkably similar to other types of sea bass and halibut. It’s a popular dish on many restaurant menus due to its firm, white, delicate-flavored flesh and few small bones. Our recipe is perfect for the holidays because we make enough for the whole family!

Similar to Mexican tamales, Pamonha is a traditional Brazilian dish made with fresh corn. The dough, or more precisely the paste, is made out of grated and juiced corn. It is tightly wrapped in fresh corn husks and cooked in boiling water. If you haven’t already tried our sweet & savory DELICIOUS Pamonhas, you’re seriously missing out 🤤🌽 🇧🇷
