We love making memories for your family! Fun fact - all of this is edible except the Spider-Man ornament. It helped reduce the cost of the cake and now the client can have a fun memory every year when they decorate their Christmas tree. We sincerely always try to stay within a client’s budget and we find work-arounds as much as possible!

Fun fact! Did you know that Rachel is the reason Jen Barney lives in La Crosse and the main reason why Meringue Bakery is in La Crosse? Rachel and Jen grew up together in Stanley, WI. Rachel had made her roots in this area and she needed a roommate. Jen wanted a new adventure so she moved to La Crosse to hang out with Rachel! The rest is history. They are lifelong best friends.
Have you taken a class at The Yoga Place? If not, you should! The Yoga Place of La Crosse, WI takes such care in training their instructors and they focus on form and training students how to get the most from each pose. If you have never taken a yoga class before this is the perfect place to start because you will get individual attention. If you can’t fully get into a pose they guide it you with alternative props and movements to help meet you with where your body is at!

For the first time Meringue is offering Advent Calendars and they are on SALE for this week only!
Here is how it works: They are available for pre-sale only. At this time we are only planning on making 50 boxes, so we highly recommend ordering early. We plan on having them ready by the week of November 11th for bakery pick up or for shipping. This week the sale price is $80 for store pick up and $85 for shipping. Place your order online, and then Meringue bakery will be in contact with you about pick up and shipping information. The price will go up $10 per box after this week.
What is inside the boxes? There will 25 individually wrapped gluten free-friendly treats including pate de fruit, hand decorated artisan cookies, truffles, hot chocolate mix, peppermint bark, gingerbread maple granola bars, and MUCH MORE! All treats will be made without gluten.
You might be asking yourself why we are taking orders so early? It is common for bakeries to pre-order these early because there is a lot of labor and ordering involved in them. Plus, we need to have them done by November 11th so you have time to get them to your loved ones before December. Also...the holidays will be here before you know it!

Meringue, located in Stoddard, WI, specializes in special event cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, dessert tables, wedding favors, and other fine baked goods. Owner, Jen Barney, is a two time Food Network Baking Champion! We are a small to-order fully licensed home bakery. If you want to celebrate a special occasion we want help you by making a delicious dessert!
Where are we located? We have a beautiful licensed industrial bakery within our home, located just near the entrance to Goose Island. Our address is N252 Lisa Lane in Stoddard WI.
