Financial wellness is important because it equips us with the knowledge and skills we need to manage money effectively. In this month, Rob is highlighting bike trails!

According to FiveThirtyEight, 51% of Americans never ride a bike and only 28% ride more than once per year. Six percent do not know how to ride a bike and only 2.3% ride daily. If you are one of those who don’t even ride once per year, give it a try. All of our offices have great trails: La Crosse has the La Crosse River Trail, the Great River Trail, and many others, while Minneapolis has a wealth of urban trails for commuting or just enjoying the lakes throughout the city. Cedar Rapids has the Cedar River Trail, the Sac and Fox Trail, and the excellent Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Colorado has plenty of local trails. Richmond and Chicago also have some excellent trail systems. With the great summer weather ahead, now is the time to dust off that bike and start changing these trends! Get out there and become part of the 28%! If you are really ambitious and want to get a daily dose of that warm, sunny weather, aim for that 2.3% group and ride daily! ☀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️
