An adversary is not an enemy, but rather someone or something that challenges us to be our best selves, to show up with our best armor, and to remain focused on our calling.

Choosing a worthy adversary can be a powerful motivator that can push us beyond our perceived limits and help us achieve our goals. But how do we choose an adversary that is worthy of our time and attention?

First, it's important to choose someone who is on a similar level as you. If your adversary is too easy, it won't push you to grow and improve. On the other hand, if your adversary is too far ahead of you, you may become discouraged and give up.
