Well, we've gotten to know the guys behind the co-working project (Bricks & Mortar) over the last couple of years (they are also opening right next to us in La Grange) and we can vouch that it's an impressive rehab / buildout that is worth seeing for anyone looking for shared work or meeting space in town.
