Public notice: today (12/27) at 5 pm is deadline for submission of business receipts for OC Grants. The portal has not accepted our valid info (invoices, etc) and has been malfunctioning since 12/23.
Next step is to contact local news.
Under no circumstances will we return $10,000 bc of govt inefficiency...

Politicians in charge of stimulus decided to cut-out specific aid for desperate restaurant industry. CA Gov launched a impotent aid plan. Then they all went out to enjoy indoor breakfast.
