Hello Browbosses! ✨ I'm Leslie Ritchie, the founder of Browboss Brow & Beauty, but you may know me better as . Born in Mexico and holding two degrees, my journey took an exciting turn at 26 when I discovered microblading. Despite being pregnant with my second child, I dove right in, because why not chase a dream with everything you’ve got?

Seeing my first client’s face light up with her new brows confirmed my mission: to empower and beautify, one brow at a time. Now, I’m blessed to lead the #1 brow studio in the heart of La Jolla, alongside a dream team of 9 beauty experts. Together, we’re more than a team, we’re a family pushing each other to grow every day.

But there’s more, my passion for empowering others led me to create .tj Studio, and .co. Each venture has been a step towards a bigger dream, proving that with courage and heart, anything is possible.

To anyone out there doubting if they can do it too, you can! Your dreams are valid, and they’re waiting for you to start living them. Remember, stepping out of your comfort zone is where growth begins.

🤍 After your brows are healed you need to come in for a touch-up

Meet the face behind Browboss: Leslie Ritchie AKA ✨

Leslie was born in Mexico and at the age of 26, when she was pregnant with her second child, she found out about Microblading and thought it was an amazing technique and she needed to learn it.
