❤️I will be joined by my sweet siStar in sound so that you are immersed in the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, flute, drums, harp, voice and so much more.

💜Arrive at 3 to settle in to your spot, either in one of our pool floats or on the patio. You are welcome to bring your own chair, mat, pool float or we have many to choose from.

🩵 The sound bath will be from 3:30 to 5, and then we will have a build your own Buddha Bowl available to nourish you as we enjoy the sunset and connect in community. There will be herbal teas and water and a surprise dessert as well!

💛 And you have access to the infrared sauna and hot tub to warm up before you head home for sweet dreams.

💚You can choose between two options, just the Sound bath or Sound and Supper to suit your schedule and budget.

I have been "channeling" the energies of Chiron, the wounded healer, and his wife, Chariclo, to bring in vibrations that will support us as all the Spring newness comes in

There is great learning and healing to be done and I believe it is for our collective benefit, no matter the challenging nature of what may be asked

Sundown is a potent time to ask for guidance and intuition, to prepare for dreams and restoration, to set intentions for the coming week, month and season

So...bring your yoga mats, towels or chairs, a blanket

Dress in warm, super comfy layers
We will be outdoors by fire light and heater lamps OR indoors if the weather gets prohibitive

A perfect time to reflect on the warmth of summer and to dip into shorter days and longer nights to come gently and with ease
