Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day! Today we honor the legacy of Dr. King and his courageous fight in the Civil Rights Movement. One of the many accomplishments of Dr. King was bringing The Fair Housing Act before Congress in 1966. Devastatingly, the bill was stalled for two years until President Johnson signed it in the wake of King's tragic death. The bill outlawed discriminatory housing practices. We are grateful to Dr. King and the other members of the civil rights movement who paved the way to greater access and equality in the housing industry.

This week, our company had the great privilege of holding a beach clean up volunteer day in beautiful Corona del Mar! Everyone arrived with big smiles and enthusiasm. It was a great opportunity to give back to our community and build team morale. We are very proud of our team members for showing up for our local SoCal environment and for working so hard in spite of the heat! Go Team! ☀
