It is with a heavy heart, that we here at Charles Street Bakery mourn the passing of Iossif Mario Gressis aka "Joe".
Joe, was a champion among men and a stranger to none. Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences go to the Gressis family.

Joe was a beam of light that touched the hearts of many. To say that he will be missed is an understatement. May we all follow in the example he set. Be a bit kinder, a bit more understanding, and be quick to lend a helping hand.

In honor of Labor Day, the Bakery will be CLOSED Monday September 6, 2021 and will return to our normal bakery hours Tuesday from 6 am to 4 pm.

We thank you for your patience and your continued patronage to our little bakery. With Fall celebrations and Fall weddings just around the corner, please plan ahead for custom orders that require a bit more time and finesse.
