Martial Arts Discipline, Self Defense, Mental and Physical Fitness
We offer classes in Traditional and Olympic style of Tae Kwon Do, weapons as well as a Mix Martial Art of Hap Ki Do self defense Techniques that consist of locking, throwing, summision and escaping techniques from different positions. In addition through our Martial Arts Classes we teach Discipline, Respect, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, Self Defense and Morals as part of character building.
