SABRE allows for both diagnosis and surgical treatment of lung cancer to be performed in a single procedure under one anesthesia session — reducing recovery time, minimizing risks and enhancing patient outcomes. With SABRE, the biopsy is guided by advanced technology, such as robotic-assisted bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound. If the biopsy confirms the presence of cancer, the team can immediately proceed with robotic-assisted surgery to remove the tumor. If the biopsy does not show cancer, the procedure is complete, requiring no surgery for the patient.

We're dedicated to enhancing breast cancer care with new clinics and services at Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center. Here’s how we’re expanding care:

✨ Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic: A team approach for patients to meet with all necessary specialists in one day, reducing stress and making it easier to manage appointments.

🩺 High Risk Breast Clinic: Focused on preventive care for those at elevated risk, with specialized screenings, genetic testing, and tailored interventions.

📅 The Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic is held on the third Wednesday of each month, while the High Risk Breast Clinic is available the second and fourth Fridays.

We’ve also introduced a self-referral process for mammograms, new 3D AI technology for improved detection, and extended hours to better serve our community.
