I spent the Past week out in Pomona Missouri...
let me just say.......its a small town about an hour and a half east of Springfield..
they dont have much in that town... (even the internet is almost non existent) but they do have racecars... and one of the guys that lives there wanted me to do some wiring on his race car..

So I spent the week working on wiring a 2010 Camaro for Cory Andrews.
the request....
Holley EFI, Holley Dash, IGN1a Coils, make stock Headlights, Tail lights, backup lights, turn signals, running lights, a Horn button, and windows all work...
the cars stock wiring was gutted, so no stock BCM in the car to do the lights

so I built a custom Fuse/Relay/switch panel for his car
I used Deutsch HD series multipin connectors to get in and out for as much of it as possible, (1x) 31 pin and (2x) 23 pin connectors and used a coupe of 12 pin connectors for I/O from the column area and for the switch panel

since there was no BCM in the car, I decided to use the Holley as a BCM control unit for the lights and turn signals...
The windows in a 2010 camaro dont work without a BCM...
stock windows get power and ground, wires directly from the switches to the circuit board inside the window motor housing, and a signal from the BCM.... if it doesnt have the BCM signal... they dont work...
so I opened up the Window motor housings and did a Hard bypass of the circuit board allowing them to work as a traditional window motor assembly
the lights are mostly simple... on/off...but integrating in the turn signals requires you to make the lights flash.. and the BCM normal deals with making the brake lights double as a flasher...
so in the holley I added an output that looks at the brake switch signal and the turn signal stalk, and then outputs based on a 2d table...

Along with every wiring job I do, I supply Wiring diagrams
so heres a quick view of what somebody gets when the job is complete...

and as Always... I provide Service with a Smile... even though it was really dam hot and humid there this past week week...LOL

not everybody needs a whole tuning class, sometimes you just want to learn how to do something and you only need just that one thing... for example, how to set up flex fuel properly on a Holley EFI (Hint***Holley Doesnt show it correctly in their help files***)

today I worked on making a functional fuse relay board Prototype to hopefully produce and sell

5 Fuse/Relay Board

Current version in the pictures is set up as
2x 30 amp
1x 20 amp
2x 10 amp
Relays in this version are all +12v activated
it is 16v Compatible as well

can be arranged in any variation of fuse values and relay activation type as long as its under 100 amps total

can be set up to Voltage trigger the relays or ground trigger the relays..in any combination

Fuse and relay activation is to be customer specified at time of order.

my test piece is all hand cut, but final product would be water jet cut
I'm also looking at carbon fiber as a mounting option

it will fit on as small as a 7.5x7.5 piece...and I could probably shrink it down slightly smaller if the customer was ok with a smaller style barrier strip
I can also add a master fuse if desired and could potentially add main hot and ground lugs to give the user a Junction point near the relay board

a 10 fuse/relay version will also be made eventually
and I could also possibly do up to 20 relays and fuses within one fusebox

No official Price has been set yet as I am still working out some details of the costs involved to do everything just a few steps nicer and more finished looking
