There is nothing more important to a Homeowners Association (HOA) than to make their community a happy, engaging place and to increase the property value of the homes located within their subdivisions. One great asset within the community is the HOA swimming pool. However, if you’re not investing time and funds into maintaining the pool area the residents in your community may not even want to use it. Enhance your HOA pool area with smart accessory and furniture options, while taking regular action to keep it clean, safe and ready for community use. Follow some of the tips below to spruce up your pool area and make your HOA community a more inviting and engaging place to be.
1. Add Shade Options: Encourage long, lazy afternoons at the community pool by offering shade options.
2. Create Comfortable Conversation Corners: Once people are cooler, create even more comfort with cushioned furniture or Adirondack chairs that invite them to curl up with a good book or hours of friendly conversation. Chairs and sofas with cushions let you add a colorful pop and posh style to your pool area. They also encourage people to congregate and enjoy the company even when they aren’t swimming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - If you're looking for quality outdoor furniture (no Home Depot stuff) you must visit the Outdoor Elegance showroom - AND - If you visit the Outdoor Elegance showroom you must ask for Joseph. My wife and I visited the showroom in May 2024.
Joseph is pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He listed and considered our questions, then showed us the various selections and accessories. And, (best of all) he gave us space/time to shop and evaluate our options - No pressure and plenty of love and exceptional customer service.
We've never been in a showroom like Outdoor Elegance and we've never experienced customer service like Joseph delivered. A winning combination!

Our Story
Outdoor Elegance Patio Design Center
Throughout Southern California, Outdoor Elegance is a favorite casual living store. With talented staff and exceptional customer service, our company built its success on trust, earned with our knowledge and attention to detail. We take pride in educating customers on the value of fine casual furniture, so that they can find ideal purchases for their backyards. And, in addition to English, we speak Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese. With four spoken languages, we welcome many different types of customers.
Our company has established programs to cater to the design trade, and we have an in-house contract sales team. These produce exceptional long-term relationships with designers, and engagement with high-profile brands. Outdoor Elegance is a preferred partner with several major hotel chains, country clubs, and NFL stadiums. We also sponsor many events with local professional designers, including the Pasadena Showcase House of Design, ASID Expos, Dwell on Design, and NKBA. And we host CEU classes with popular topics such as Designing the Outdoor Room. We took a break from radio this year, but we are still active on the “Fork Report,” a Saturday afternoon show about food. Its host, Neil Saavedra, produces many live interview spots for the store on weekends.
Along with many other companies, we’ve made some changes for 2020. Due to COVID-19 our ongoing events, such as barbeque cooking classes, have been postponed. In our store, hand sanitizer is at the ready, and we provide masks and gloves on request. Capacity is limited for social distancing, and we encourage people to schedule appointments, allowing for one-on-one sessions with our sales associates. Safety for our customers is a top priority this year, and we choose to lead by example for that.
