Soul Contracts –

Souls who were ready for another earthly lifetime were sitting around a roundtable to choose their next lesson to learn.

A strong and courageous soul rose: "I’m going to earth to learn how to forgive.”

The other souls were scared. "But it's one of the hardest lessons! You can't learn that all in one lifetime... You're going to be in pain. We'll worry about you but...you can do it. We'll help you."

One of the souls said: "I am ready to accompany you to earth to help you. I will be your husband. In our family life, there will be a lot of problems because of me, and you will learn to forgive me.”

Another soul sighed. "I can become one of your parents, I will put you through a difficult childhood, and then you will follow me in everything you do, but you will eventually learn to forgive me."

A third soul said, "And I will be one of your superiors at work. I will treat you badly, unjustly, so that you will learn the meaning of forgiveness."

Other souls decided to meet her at other periods of her life, to review the lesson. Each soul chose its own lessons to learn and prepared a life plan, and each came down to earth to fulfill her soul contract.”

There’s no such thing as chance. Everyone comes into our lives when we need them to learn a lesson we chose to learn in this lifetime.

When we understand the Grand Plan of Life, we can welcome with more openness all those beings who seem to cause us pain or irritation, because each has a role to play in our life plan. Those who cause us pain are often our greatest teachers.

It is our open heart that defines our awareness of Life's goodness towards us. Everything, every person, every event has a reason. We no longer have to judge anyone or anything. We simply have to embrace what is. 💕

“Yes, our hands are the antennae of our soul. If you move them; knitting, cooking, painting, playing or sinking them into the ground, you send care signs to the deepest part of you and your soul lights up because you’re paying attention to it. Then signs of pain will no longer be necessary.”

“Hands are really that important?”

“Yes my daughter. Think of babies: they start to know the world through the touch of their hands. If you look at the hands of old people, they tell you more about their life then any body part. Everything that is done by hand is said to be done with the heart. Because it’s really like this: hands and heart are connected. Masseurs know well: when they touch someone with their hands, they create a deep connection. It is precisely from this connection that healing comes. Think of lovers: when they touch their hands, they make love in a more sublime way.”

Life is like play, not like a game.
A game has a specific start a specific end a goal.
Play like children playing, has no specifics no start no end no specific goal.
Life is like that..you can make it whatever you like. Total freedom.
If there was a specific goal, control if you will, what would be the fun in that? There would be a seriousness to it. But life is not like that, it is not a seriousness, no specifics, it is play, a unfolding, action and reaction. 💕

Time is just a reflection of eternal..Entering into life is entering into death.. entering into time is entering into death. Time is death. Eternity is deathlessness. How to find eternity? What is the way? One has to understand the process of time.

The process of time is horizontal...one moment passes, then comes another moment..that passes, then another moment -- a procession of moments, a queue of moments -- one passes, then another comes.. another passes, then another comes. It is horizontal.

Eternity is vertical: you go deep into the moment, not moving in a line.. but into depth. You drown yourself in the moment. If you stand on the bank.. then the river goes on passing. Ordinarily we are standing on the bank of time. The river goes on moving.. one moment, another moment..and another, and the sequence of moments continues. This is how we ordinarily live, this is how we live in time.

Then there is another way -- take a jump into the river, drown in the moment, the here now. Then suddenly, time stops. Then you are moving in an altogether different dimension; the vertical dimension is eternity.

Having is in time; being is in eternity. So what so ever you DO is in time, what so ever you ARE is in eternity; what so ever you achieve is in time, what so ever is your nature is in eternity. 💕

An important misconception is that karma is a system of reward and punishment for our past good and bad deeds; this is not quite true. Technically, karma is a system by which we put certain circumstances into our earth-life so that we may learn from them. If we learn the lessons inherent in these conditions the circumstances tend to drift away; we don't need them anymore. But—if we don't learn—the same types of problems keep recurring, over and over in our life, until we do. It may sometimes seem that we are being punished for something but, in reality, these stumbling blocks are meant to be stepping stones, opportunities for spiritual progress. 💕

Most people see themselves aging wrinkles, losing muscle mass less energy and so they believe that they have to accept this..and so they let themselves go either because they believe that the mind will age as the body. But they feel old and aging, losing youth and becoming depressed at this, not because of the passing of time but because of their belief. To respect and love yourself is to take the necessary steps every day to become healthier, sharper, more open-minded. Aging is really a gift from life, and you only experience this as a gift if you take care of yourself. 💕

Cooler weather takes away the distractions, the buzz, and presents us with the perfect time to rest and withdraw into a womb like love, bringing fire & light to our hearth. I have wrinkles.
I looked at myself in the mirror and found that I had a lot of wrinkles around my eyes, mouth, forehead.
I have wrinkles because I had friends, and we laughed, we laughed often, to tears, and then I met love, which made my eyes squeeze with joy.
I have wrinkles because I had children, and I worried about them from conception, I smiled at all their new discoveries and I spent nights waiting for them.
And then I cried.
I cried for the people I loved and who are gone, for a little while or forever, or without knowing why.
I also watched, I spent hours without sleep for beautiful projects that were not always successful.
I saw beautiful places, new places that had my smiles and amazements, and I also saw old places that made me cry.
In every wrinkle on my face, on my body, hides my story, the emotions I experienced and my more intimate beauty, ..... and if I had to remove all this ... I would erase myself.
Each ride is an anecdote of my life, a heartbeat, it's the photo album of my most important memories.
