Congrats to Private 1st Class Monica Kaiser, South Kitsap High School , who became State Championship in the 145-pound class in the girls' 4A/3A Wrestling tournament at the Tacoma Dome last month. PFC Kaiser recently joined the Washington Army National Guard.

Another busy workweek down! I absolutely enjoy my job. The pure genuine pride a Soldier gets when they officially get their ID Card is so Nostalgic to me.

Try and learn about something that happened in the past on a daily basis. Makes you take a step back sometimes and realize that our society has come a long way and sometimes, we just forget how far we've come.

Vietnam veteran from Seattle reunites with his helicopter 50 years later One pilot finally got to see the same aircraft he flew in the Vietnam War where he flew 1,300 hours of combat missions.
