We are happy to announce that student meals will be free of charge. Waivers are still required to receive assistance with sports and other fees. Applications for these waivers are on Family Access.

FYI - our office will be closed Monday, August 19th. Our office staff will be out of the building for a district training. We will be open again, Tuesday, August 20th, 9am-3pm. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Register to Ride the Bus!
Is your student riding the bus in the fall? All riders must register with NTPS Transportation for placement and routing. To be guaranteed a ride on the first day of school please register by August 16, 2024. Any registrations after that deadline may not have a ride on the first day.

Routes will be posted in SMART tag accounts on August 30, 2024.

Didn't make it to Timberline last Friday? All yearbooks are at Komachin and ready for pick up.

We are proud to announce that Komachin has achieved GOLD status! Komachin was voted best Middle School in the South Sound. Thank you to all those that voted for us.

Fall sports start RIGHT AWAY - make sure you get your sports physical turned in so you are ready to play! Upload to Final Forms or email Tania in the office. All athletes must have a sports physical to play.

Reminder that Cross Country is now open to 6th grade students. Sign up via Final Forms. Contact Tania in the office with questions.

Yearbooks are in and ready for pick up. Friday, August 2nd 9am - 3pm at Timberline HS. If you can make it on Friday, we will be available at Komachin for pick up starting the 5th. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Komachin CTE students had the amazing opportunity to experience a Marine on the Water Field Experience, with our awesome partners at Puget Sound Estuarium. As the boat cruised the Sound students engaged in some hands-on science learning working through stations that included Marine Biodiversity, Water Quality and Ocean Acidification, Plankton & the Food Web as well as learning about various Marine Careers and Careers in Marine Science.
