Well, a bit of a bummer this last Sunday with the raining out of the Bite of Lackawanna. We have a ton of our home made Guinness chocolate cake & smoked pork belly BBQ burnt ends prepped and ready to go, with no home for now. So for this week we're offering a whole half sheet of our Guinness cake with chocolate cherry sauce for $35 a sheet. Already wrapped and ready to go. Also we're offering our signature BBQ burnt ends by the pound for $30. Thomas here. I took my parents to the Pink a handful of years ago on X-Mas eve. It was their first time, and I'll never forget it. I myself, call the Pink Home. A place that I've met immeasurable amounts of my friends, loves & acquaintances.
It's more than "just a bar". We all pride ourselves, strive, and try the best we can to make every person that walks in, feel comfortable. The point of hospitality is to be hospitable, to care, to comfort. We all go to restaurants/bars to experience something. Comfort, love, compassion, companionship, to make memories.
The Pink was a shining example of all of that. Something the community needed, and always will need. No matter what part of Buffalo. No one deserves to see their livelihood, their existence and their love burn down. I for one will say, there is a great void in Buffalo that can not be rebuilt.
I know we are far away from Allentown, but we are all in the same boat. Brick, by brick.....we build this community through love and support. We do this for everyone, everyday. Love you
