Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner! Party!!! Doors open at 3! Kickoff is at 5:30! Bar only! Some food will be provided! Chuck is providing the food! I'm not sure what it is, but if Chuck is cooking it, you know it's going to be tasty!

We sold out of the Mardi Gras King Cake Cheesecake in just three days! So I made more!

The Forty-Whiners (49ers) are playing the Chefs (Chiefs) in the Super Bowl. Of course, I was pulling for the Lions and Ravens. Whatever! But we are still having a Super Bowl Party!

Well, I experimented with a new flavor of cheesecake! My first Mardi Gras Cheesecake! I made them, but I haven't tried it yet. Come test them yourself!

Also, I will be making a fresh batch of Chile Colorado today using Ribeye instead of Tenderloin. The last batch didn't last long, so come and get it!

September is the 2 year anniversary of Louisiana PoBoys and The Filling Station joining together Thursday through Saturday nights! Chuck pushed for it and has decided to keep it going for a third! So here we go!
