This week's has some good news if you are able to breakdown the data. First the facts...
⬆️ Economic growth doubled the growth of the 1st quarter & rose 2.8%.
⬆️ Home inventory jumped up 23.5% compared to June of 2023.
⬇️ Market speculation is saying the FED is likely to start dropping the interest rate in September (remember our stat from last week about the effects of the election on interest rates).
What does this mean for you?
➡ Economic growth means there are going to be more eligible buyers coming through the housing market soon. When the economy grows, it gives people more of an ability to make the move they've been wanting to make without as much fear & stress.
➡ More inventory on the market means there are more homes to choose from for our buyers. This means our sellers need to be smart with their listings & make sure they are represented well to stand out from the crowd.
➡ As interest rates are speculated to drop, we are likely going to see more buyers hitting the market to see if they can find the right home for them & capitalize on the lowered interest rates.
