Instant Copy is currently hiring an in-store customer service associate. This is a fast-paced position that requires clear and professional communication with customers and co-workers. Customer communication will be in the form of walk-in, phone and email.

Duties include but not limited to:

Responsibility of the front counter.

Operation cash register and credit card machine.

Operating various production equipment including copiers, lamination equipment and printers.

Prepare customer quotes, work orders and invoices via print management software.

Properly estimate timeline of production jobs and communicate effectively with customers.
