It was a busy week for our Marshal and members of the team as we attended the National Constables and Marshals Association National Conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The training conference covered numerous topics and provided valuable networking opportunities for our team.
We are proud to announce that Captain Sallie Spears has been selected as the Deputy Marshal of the Year at the National Conference of the National Constables and Marshals Association. Marshal's Community in Action - 09/18/2024
Some of our Lafayette City Marshal’s Office deputies joined Officer Crowder, the School Resource Officer at Cathedral-Carmel School, for a fun afternoon of popcorn! 🍿 Marshal Thomas is passionate about engaging with youth to break stereotypes and teach them more about law enforcement and safety. Popcorn afternoons are just one of the many ways he connects with our community!
Today marks 23 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Marshal Reggie Thomas and his team pause to honor the lives lost, the bravery of first responders, and the resilience of our nation. As we reflect on that day, we remember the strength of our community and the importance of unity, service, and compassion.
We will never forget.
