We had an absolutely phenomenal day yesterday!!!! We sold out of a bunch of different flavors. 😳

We had about 4-5 people COME BACK later in the day to grab more after they finished what they had earlier! 🥰

These are soooo good! 🤤🤤🤤 I don’t know about you guys, but I hated figs when I was little. Around 25, something changed and I can eat these dudes right off the tree lol 😂

It’s a vanilla wafer crust with a layer of fig preserves between the crust and original cheesecake. It’s topped with more fig preserves and honey drizzle.

These slices have been moving really quickly! If you’ve never had a Japanese cheesecake before, I usually mention that they’re closer to cake than cheesecake. Almost like a really moist angel food or sponge cake texture.

This one is an almond flavor topped with Chantilly icing and fresh berries!

Seth is turning 35 today! 🎊🥳🎉🎈
