Increased conforming loan limits! These numbers distinguish between conforming loans and jumbo loans. In pricey housing markets such as OC and San Diego counties, the limits are even higher.

What does this mean? Homebuyers who have been sitting on the sideline can now have the opportunity to buy with possible lower interest rates and smaller down payments (as little as 3% down for first-time homebuyers and 5% for repeat primary homeowners and buyers).
