So this happened to me today.... After a nine hour trip to the beautiful Alhambra today in Spain off a cruise ship,. I accidently left my iphone on the tour bus. The bus and the director had gone 30 mins towards home when they received the call that A tour client left their iphone on the bus! oh no!!!!!
Spain today turned around and picked up the iPhone and delivered it to the cruise port to the client who was beyond happy to receive the iPhone. Because not only had their business on the phone but also all their special pictures of Spain. A fabulous service from company to client to go that extra mile. Needless to say.... As an agent they will always be my go to tour company for Spain travel for that for top notch personal service. THANK YOU!!! Oh did I mention the tour was fabulous also!!
