Via Wallpaper: Nestled in the verdant Hollywood Hills is Ledgewood, a single-storey, modestly sized house. But actually, the 1961 building has a lot to shout about: its designer and initial owner was Robert Kennard, an associate of Richard Neutra and a leading Black architect of his generation. Its current owner, the French-Tunisian entrepreneur Franck Nataf, of Exquisite Surfaces, appointed designer extraordinaire Pamela Shamshiri to renovate and restore the property.⁠⁠

‘Buildings like this one have so much DNA in them and it can be overwhelming being a steward of one. I free myself up by thinking, “What would Robert Kennard have done if he were doing it now?”’ says Shamshiri.⁠⁠

After the initial training period, the job description will include (but is not limited to)⁠
⁠
✅ Representing the Company by intelligently articulating our unique values and providing industry leading customer service.⁠
✅ Maintain and negotiate projects by thoroughly following up with clients via phone, email or in person.⁠
✅ Manage projects from inception to completion and act as a single point of contact for our client.⁠
✅ Update Customer Relationship software with clients/projects information daily.⁠
✅ Maintain relationships with existing clients through office visits and presentations.⁠
✅ Expand client base through networking and travel throughout the Beverly Hills showroom territory.⁠
