We have finished this beautiful 1588 sq ft home that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This beauty is located at 1919 Dale St Sulphur, LA 70615. This home was completed through our business LM&M Investment Properties, LLC. She will be placed on the Market with Mark Fontenot, EXP Realtor, and will be listed on MLS by the weekend.
This home has turned out absolutely beautiful. Everyone that has come to this home for one reason or another has fallen in love. Mark and I are so pleased with the outcome. Please review the latest pictures.

This home is outside the city limits and had a new septic system installed within the last 5 years. The house is located at the end of the street.

All new flooring and subfloor, all new light fixtures, ceiling fans, new door k***s, newly installed front door, and back door, new country style porch railings, and new back door solid wood steps built. New mini blinds electrical and plumbing updated in the last ten years. Walls painted with Sherwin Williams Duration- color in City Loft and trim in SW Chantilly Lace. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are painted Sherwin Williams Chantilly Lace with a high-end industrial cabinet coating. The cabinets will keep their beauty for years to come.

This home has new Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms to include, new undermount sinks, and all-new bath and shower faucets. We also changed the insert shower valves in both bathrooms and the new toilets. All electrical outlet plugs and light switches have been changed and new Porch railings have been added.

It was awesome to attend another cabinet refinishing school in Houston with Elite Fine Finish using one of the top waterborne products on the market for cabinet refinishing. I am so excited that my hubby Mark Fontenot was able to accompany me. I can't ask for a better supporter.
Class included, mixing stain colors and applications, (wiping and spray stain). Sanding and spraying techniques with industrial cabinet coating, (we use now) and more techniques on sanding and prepping.

Recently painted these two bedrooms. They look exactly the same. Such a cute A- frame house and the owner is such a kind lady. Just loved working this job.

This is another beautiful transformation. All the bases of this kitchen were stripped and new doors were added.The insides of these cabinet were painted as well.
The clients recently bought this house and wanted the kitchen updated. It took a lot of time and hard work to transform it but we didn't give up. They had very thick brush marks and the original paint use was very thick and sticky.
Mrs Tammy and Mr. Keith were super nice and patient with the process and we just love them.
Again, I want to thank my husband, (Mark) Sarah and Will for all their hard work. I cannot thank everyone enough. Love all you.

We painted this kitchen with a 2k Industrial Cabinet Coating. We also painted the living room, dining, hall and Foyer using Sherwin Williams Duration for walls and Emerald Urethane for trim.
We absolutely love these clients, as we do all of our clients. They were all a pleasure to work with, including Bart, (boxer dog) who loved jumping through our paint tent everyday. We became very close to Bart the boxer even when he was naughty. LOL. Miss him already.

Finished up a cabinet refinishing class with a third generation cabinet refinisher, Louis Jasso with Elite Fine Finish and Shane Woods. These guys have a wealth of knowledge. Louis has an abundance of knowledge in staining. I could have stayed a week and wouldn't have touched a piece of what he knows about stain. I am so amazed at the time these two guys took with us. They answered question after question from all of us. They actually answered tons of questions from me even before the class. lol. Thank you Louis and Shane for all you do to help us on a daily basis.

The girls from Decorative Faux Finishes were the best. Their hospitality was out of this world. They had so many snacks that I think we all gained a few pounds while there. lol... We had breakfast in the mornings, lunch and even supper. They made you feel right at home the whole time. Even got to meet Rigo from Texas metal and his wife Patricia. All great people.

I learned a ton of cabinet refinishing information that will allow me and my crew to be more proficient when working on our clients kitchens.
