Why Choose the McNeese Autism Program?
• Program focus is on high-quality care. We maintain fairly small caseloads within the program so that we can develop and deliver specialized, individual treatment for each client that we serve.

Almost everyone knows someone who has struggled with their mental health at some point in their life. Struggling with mental health does not always mean that a person will have thoughts of su***de, but it can be a contributing factor. The SWLA Out of the Darkness Walk is the largest mental health event in SWLA. You don’t have to have a personal connection to su***de or su***de prevention to participate. Please consider creating a Walk team. To create a team and register participants, click this link: https://supporting.afsp.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=register.start&eventID=10023
If you are a business owner or know someone who is and would like to sponsor this event, please PM me. The deadline for sponsorships is Thursday, August 15th. The is much earlier than the date for the Walk. We need time to have the Walk tees – with sponsor logos – produced so that we can have them at the Walk. The date for the Walk is on the flyer.
Please share this post. The stigma that surrounds mental health and su***de/su***de prevention often makes people wary about joining a worthy cause like this local event. By getting involved, you can help us to bring the conversation about mental health and su***de/su***de prevention Out of the Darkness.
Please consider supporting me in my fundraiser for the Southwest Louisiana Out of the Darkness Walk for su***de prevention. Last year, through funds raised from this Walk the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention trained over 10,000 people on su***de prevention in SWLA.
Click the link or image below to donate. Every dollar makes a difference.
If you or someone you know would like sponsor the Walk this year there will be over 1000 participants. PM me for details.
Please support the Southwest Louisiana Walk this fall to help #stopsu***de Please support the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention to help save lives and bring hope to those affected by su***de. Donate or register to walk!
