You might be surprised to learn about these 3 reasons that might be causing breakage/damage to your hair!!😦

1️⃣ Jewelry : wearing Jewelry items such at necklaces and earrings could be causing damage to your hair strands! When your going about day to day movements , if you like to wear your hair down those hair strands can sometimes get caught and wound up in your jewelry and break/rip your hair.

2️⃣ Clothes: Your favorite jacket might be causing your hair to break 😩! Yes!!! Depending on the material and fabric that your clothes are made out of , right where the collar of your shirt/jacket is and if you like to wear your hair down or in a low bun, the hair that is constantly rubbing against your clothes is causing friction and in result is breaking your hair!

3️⃣ Hairties/ Scrunchies: Have you ever taken your hair down from being in a ponytail and see hair wrapped around your hair ties ? Yea that’s breakage! Try using silk or satin “scrunchies” instead of those rubber bands and/or elastic hair ties !
