Essential Functions
A warehouse associate is responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse for our parts department. At Martin Truck Center we are customer service-oriented business, which includes every employee at the dealership. Every task performed, should be done with customer service as the ultimate goal in mind. There are several daily tasked that must be performed in order to meet the expectations that our customers have become accustomed to. These tasks include receive daily parts orders, pull parts for out going deliveries and will calls, stock shelves with incoming stock orders, and run errands for our salespeople, and deliver parts. Unload and move around heavy parts with a forklift.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to understand numbers and sequences.
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs unassisted.
Must have good organizational skills.
Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to Pass a Drug test

Job Policies
Our warehouse associates schedule is from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Potential overtime depending on our delivery schedule.
The warehouse associate reports the warehouse manager

As a warehouse associate, this can be the start of a life long career in parts sales or even parts management. Working in our warehouse gives a great deal of incite in to how a parts department works and how a successful parts department handles its customer base. We have found that our best sales people and management have a strong foundation in warehouse work. With that in mind we consider all of our warehouse associates as people who will eventually fill other roles. So we expect that he experience a warehouse associate gains will prepare them for a future in sales or inventory control or even management.

We are looking for somebody to work in our parts warehouse. The job would include receiving and stocking parts, and occasionally operating a forklift.
