Anyone have a 100 gallon or more fish tank they’d like to donate to the barbershop or extremely cheap that will still hold water

With the current weather situation and lack of power. The shop will be closed today. If you had a Monday appointment please contact me to work out a time for you to be seen at the shop. I need to clarify a question that has come up about the back to school discounted pricing. The back to school pricing will not be applied to Monday appointments. I’m sorry for the oversight in this matter. If you scheduled a Monday appointment for a back to school haircut you are welcome to come in during Normal business hours. As a reminder this is the last month for Monday appointments

It’s Back to school time!!

Starting Tuesday July 23rd through August 12th at Chuck’s Barbershop, we will have special prices for your school-aged children to get their back-to-school cuts.

12 and under: $15 cash or $17 card
13 and older: $20 cash or $22 card

Still a few Monday appointments left for this Monday and the rest of the Mondays this month. Reminder this is the last month that Monday appointments will be available so go ahead and book them.

Update to Chuck's Barber Shop. This month (July) will be the last month that Monday appointments will be available. If you are a Monday appointment REGULAR then I will try to accommodate you as best as I can. You will need to message me or speak in person to make arrangements. Appointments for Monday this month are filling fast so book them quickly. SPECIAL NEEDS DAY will be the last Sunday of July this month from 9am till 4pm. Starting the first of August the shop will go back to Tuesday-Friday 830am to 6pm Saturday 830am to 2pm. Walk ins only. Thank you for your understanding Chuck

Long night just getting settled. Tomorrow’s special needs day will be a go. The website to book has not worked. Tomorrow the shop will be open from 10am to 4pm. Please check in with me inside before bringing your child in. I want to make sure every family has the privacy they need. Once again sorry for the short notice.

So sorry for short notice but families have reached out and said that this Sunday for the special needs was not a good day due to holiday weekend. The day will be done on June 2nd will open appointment times Tuesday May 28. Thank you

Update on the Special needs day. I am working to finish getting all the final pieces together. It looks like we will be ready to have our first Day the last Sunday of May (May 26). If your special needs family member is able, we ask that you please continue to come during regular Shop days. I will continue to work with all families to provide a complimentary haircut for your special family member even if it’s not on the Special Needs Day. We want to save those days’ availability for those persons that are absolutely unable to handle a normal day inside the barbershop. We do have customer families that have a significant need for the privacy this day will provide. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and compassion for this request. Thank you

What a remarkable response! In the last few days I have spoken with families from Georgia to Ocala and everything in between. The shares and likes are amazing! To make it even more special, a few businesses reached out and made a commitment to help make the Special Needs Day at the barbershop a long-term, permanent service. We see you and your family member and we understand the struggles. One small thing at a time.

As the shop continues to grow and get busier and busier, we have identified a growing need for a special group of customers. Starting in May, I will open the barbershop one Sunday a month for families with special needs members. If you have family member with Down syndrome, autistic or sensory issues, or other conditions that may require a quieter, more personal environment, these Sundays will be for you. This special time and service will be free to the families. I will be taking donations for a prize box items and special clippers that don’t make noise. If you would like to donate, please message me privately. I will provide more details and the first special service date once I have all the necessary equipment and supplies. This day will be appointment only day.

An important announcement for the shop. Mr. Mike will be joining the Chuck's Barber Shop team. He will be working part time. His schedule is as follows

Starting February 20th
Tuesday-Friday 2pm-6pm
Saturday 8:30am-2pm

Shop will be open however it will just be Dempsey today.

Reminder today is the last day to book Monday appointments. It will not let you book appointments anymore on Monday.

Chuck’s Barbershop is excited to announce a partnership with Tyler Shelnut, who plays baseball for the Florida Gators, and a future MLB draft pick.
