The FGC Library will be closed Wednesday, June 19, 2024 in observance of Juneteenth.

We will reopen on Thursday, June 20 at 7:30am.

📚Exam time is coming!

Be sure to stop by the library for some extra study time. Tutors and instructors will be available after 4:00pm for all your test prep needs!
When: April 22-25 from 4:00-8:00pm

Need to take the Civic Literacy exam? Come to the library on April 17! No appointment necessary!

Spring break is here for FGC! Does anyone have any big plans? Beach trip, remodeling, finishing that popular book or Netflix series?

The library and campus will be closed for spring break from Friday, March 15th until Sunday, March 24, 2024.

The Library will reopen on Monday, March 25 at 7:30am.

Campus Community,

We have been monitoring the weather for tomorrow and the most significant wind and rain will take place in the middle of the workday. For this reason, and out of abundance of caution, all campuses of FGC will be closed on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

We look forward to the opening of the Spring Semester on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

🌛 Late Night in the Library 📚

FGC students, Fall finals are approaching! See the schedule for free tutoring sessions in the FGC Library.

The FGC Library will be closed Wednesday, November 22 until Saturday, November 25.

We will reopen on Monday, 11/27 at 7:30am.

Have a wonderful fall break!

In observance of Veterans Day, the library will be closed on
Friday, November 10 AND Saturday, November 11, 2023.

We will reopen on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 7:30am

Due to the approach of Tropical Storm/Hurricane Idalia, Florida Gateway College, including all offices and campuses, will be closed Tuesday, August 29th and Wednesday, August 30th. All classes, college activities, and events during this time will be canceled or postponed.

We will make campus updates at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 29th, and then again on Wednesday, August 30th at 6:00 pm after the storm has passed our area.

It's that time of the year, between semesters, when our hours get a little weird at the library =) See the calendar below for clarification.
Starting August 21, library hours will return to normal.

Next week, Monday, last day of the term, will be normal Spring business hours. From Tuesday through Thursday, we will close at 4:30.

Starting the week of May 8, we sill start Summer hours.

In case you missed it....

Late Nights for Finals has been moved to the Student Success Center this semester.

The Library will have normal business hours until May 1st.
7:30AM - 7:30PM Monday-Thursday
9:00AM - 4:00PM Fridays
1:30PM - 5:30PM Saturdays

Check out the the civics literacy study sessions on April 10 & 18 to get a head start on passing the exam!

Florida Gateway College Library will be closed for Spring Break starting Friday, March 17 until Saturday, March 25, 2023. We will reopen on Monday, March 27 at 7:30 am.
