Scored this bench a few months ago, it had a very different shape to it but I figured let's try it!
I evened up the sides and gave it a matte black finish. I chose to leave the dings, dents, and scars because it just gave some extra character to a handmade bench. Would be cute entryway piece!

While getting started on my friends table today, it inspired me to just try something out with an extra chair I had. I've been holding on to this chair thinking I'd find matches and could make a set. Well that hadn't worked out for me so I thought it could make an awesome accent chair!

Working on pieces for friends and family this week. This piece is so beautiful but unfortunately the top caught some damage being used. So instead of tossing it, its getting a makeover! I think this is going to be a statement! I'm so excited you guys!

This one is gonna take some time but when you get a deal like this, why not accept the challenge?! I hate seeing real wood pieces of furniture covered with press board but nothing some woodwork can't fix. I'm sure this one is gonna be a stunner after it's makeover!

Getting crafty, starting a new project!

This one took WAY longer than I had wanted but I'm very pleased with the end result. Navy blue milk paint. A brand new top, stained in espresso. Its giving me very masculine vibes, but still cute!

A shipment came in! I will admit, the candle name is what drew me to them. These are hand-crafted candles, made in the USA by another small business! They describe it as a summery fragrance and it definitely is. Sweet and Fruity but not too strong.

This dresser was donated to me by my amazing cousin at the very start of me trying to kick this off. I had many ideas come to mind but for whatever reason could not shake the idea of it being pink! You're told to trust your gut so I did and I love it!

I chose the color Chantilly Pink in a flat finish. Took the old handles and painted and distressed them.

Transformation complete! I chose to use a milk paint in the color Kensington Gray, although its giving me more of a cornflower blue vibe. Finished with black matte k***s. Definitely fits into a farmhouse or beach theme.

Hello Everyone!!
About a year ago, I decided I was going to tackle my first furniture painting project. I was dreading it and was not having high expectations but I ended up loving every minute of it. Watching pieces of furniture become beautiful pieces of art just amazed me. After some more projects, it occurred to me that maybe I could turn this fun into a job I'd enjoy! So that brings us here. I'm taking a huge leap of faith and stepping way beyond my comfort zone just to see what might be out there.
So slowly but surely you will see not only my furniture pieces available but I will also be selling other odds and ends for your home. I'm hoping to start at a small scale open to family, friends, and friends of family. Please be patient with me as all of this is very new. My first inventory purchase is on its way and I can't wait to start this journey!
