Girls are still getting used to the new format but this time they played it for half of the game then we went back to our old format. People might say we change it ? I’m here to stay and develop a team not just for one season but for when we move into the 11v11. Future is clear

Had a great battle vs Empire surf academy lost vs them 3-0 on our third game to make it to the final and tie 2-2 but they took the win in penalties. My girls are learning a new format and I had to transition through out the game I believe the format I’m working on will make them the best team they can be.

The boys went all weekend with a shut out game 1 7-0 vs empire surf north 5-0 vs desert empire surf and 3-0 vs empire surf academy made it to the final and took a loss vs Empire Surf north 2-1 never underestimated a team my boys worked hard but it wasn’t enough.

First finalist another tournament playing in the G2017 bracket they worked so hard I couldn’t be a the medal presentation due to my boys playing their final right after their game.

I have 4 2015 players on the team and 7 2014 players now this tournament was a challenge for all of them. Our goal is to implement my method of playing a possessional game. Great teams tough players my girls got intimated but pushed through every game lost the first one 0-2 second game 4-0 and tied our last one 0-0. Proud of you all!!!

My girls have been working all summer to learn and develop I’m so proud of them playing against older teams is not easy but as long as I see them implementing what I teach at practice at the games that’s all I need the wins will come.
