Exercise Bike vs. Rower vs. Elliptical: Which Is Best?
We are honored to have such a leader like Joe Donohue – PT, CEO. We celebrate his hard work and dedication towards helping Southern Californians heal from injury and pain, since 1992.
In the early 80s, Joe signed a free-agent contract with the Oakland Invaders of the USFL, a short-lived professional American football league. After the USFL folded, Joe resumed his studies in physical therapy and founded ProSport Physical Therapy Inc. in May 1992 opening the first facility in Newport Beach. Since then Joe has opened multiple ProSport facilities; Foothill Ranch, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Juan Capistrano with plans to continue to expand throughout Southern California. Over the years, Joe has established strong ties in the athletic community, providing athletic training and physical therapy services for local schools such as Mater Dei, Corona Del Mar, Rancho Santa Margarita, Sage Hill, Orange Coast College and Concordia University. Joe has also worked with professional teams such as the Anaheim Storm indoor lacrosse team and the 2007 Stanley Cup champions the Anaheim Ducks, becoming the team’s resident physical therapist for 10+ years. In 2003–04, he served as the Medical Director/Coordinator of the World Gymnastics Championships and USA Olympic Gymnastics Trials held at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
Great News --- Our Foothill Ranch location will reopen tomorrow morning. Fire has been contained, all is safe. Hiroki and team welcome you back.
