2 years is a long time! In that time frame I had 2 baby boys R***r and Remi! (Not at the same time)
I still like to eat mostly vegetarian but I eat meat 1-2x a week.
Here are some yummy goods I’ve been eating on my post partum journey #3 and breastfeeding! I had to up the proteins and fat to maintain good supply for my little guy!
I make my own bread now and I’m still gluten intolerant so I use GF pastas

Making Gunnar’s food is a lot of fun and super easy! Here’s a tip when making baby food, use purified water when cooking,then when you toss it into the ninja( or your blender/food processor )use the water it cooked in because that has some of the nutrients that you boiled out of the food! You want all that yummy nutrients in there. This is two weeks of carrots & apples! I even mixed two containers together! This took me almost an hour to cook these! The total cost to do this was $10 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I’ve started making Gunnar’s baby food and loving every second of it!
I haven’t been in the kitchen as much as I used to be since G was born🤦🏼♀️ but when I do, I love it! Crockpot taco meat & Brussel, broccoli cabbage slaw with guac topped with some feta. 🤤. Low for 5.5 hrs For the meat: I tossed in the meat, 1 cup of salsa and taco seasoning with a can of black beans!
These are my new go to morning breakfast on my way out the door.
Quick lunch while baby sleeps. Tuna w/stone ground mustard, pickles and feta. 🤤 yummm

Yesterday I tried out a new recipe, I made poblano Chile enchiladas! I slow cooked everything in the crockpot then threw it into corn tortillas and bakes for a few minutes to melt cheese! Swipe to get ingredients 🤤
