Our agent Wayne and his wife and right arm Ellen are in Mt Pleasant today working the annual Agent Charitable Fund Statewde Fundraiser.

The ACF in partnership with Michigan Farm Bureau (where your membership dollars go), and Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan (where your insurance premium dollars go) to end childhood hunger in our state!

A portion of your membership and premium dollars (as well as Haney Farm Bureau’s monthly income) all go to support this mission. Today’s event also supports the many hunger relief efforts of the ACF.

Wayne has often remarked to people he would not be inclined to do insurance for any other company than Farm Bureau. This is one of the major reasons why.

Wayne here -- I spent today attending the Farm Bureau Insurance Michigan Spring Symposium.

You're looking at a photo of one of our State Sales Directors and coaches who led us off with an incredibly moving personal story that illustrated to me all over again why and how Farm Bureau stands apart. 🥰

His tale was about the power and impact of connections and relationships that go far above and beyond "selling insurance." At Haney Farm Bureau we refer to this as "We're all just walking each other home."

I can tell you, the leadership -- all of them -- at Farm Bureau is working so hard to keep the company financial solid (we once again reached the coveted AM Best "A" rating) while also making sure we can help people with the really major bills when catastrophe strikes. And we do this one client, one coffee, one team member, one relationship at a time. No major ad campaigns. No celebrities. Just folks doing their best to walk each other home.

What a privilege and honor to be among such people.
