We honor your strengths; we are here to help. A great article about asking for help linked below.
There are two types of emotions: primary and secondary:
💙 Primary emotions are the ones we feel first, and they're usually more intense.
💙 Secondary emotions are the ones that we feel after we've processed the primary emotion.
🔎 Sometimes the emotion we notice is our secondary emotion, with a primary emotion underneath it.
For example, if we're feeling sad 😔, we might also feel angry or frustrated 😡.
It can be helpful to be aware of both our primary and secondary emotions. By doing so, we can better deal with them in a healthy way. If you find yourself struggling to identify your emotions, follow me for opportunities to learn and practice 👉🏼
Being aware of and recognizing our emotions is an important part of our mental health self-care. Taking the time to understand our emotions is one way we can care for ourselves. 💕

I thought I would share the card I pulled for this week. I thought it was super fitting as zentangle has been helping me "untangle" through various challenges this week. Much warmth.
A few affirmations pulled from: "The Universe has your Back."
Please take a moment to breathe with the trees.
Instead of trying to get over the grief, feel your feelings deeply, understand the pain and be intimate with it. I don't believe we can ever "get rid of" grief but we can give it a place to live within us that keeps our memories of loved ones safe and warms our hearts.
(When we lose someone we love, we must learn not to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind.-unknown)
Be gentle with yourself. Small progress is still progress
