Client Testimony: I have been going to Foundation V for alittle over a year now. Unfortunately, I can’t say that I was all the way consistent because life had gotten in the way for me alittle bit. Which is why I always strived to get there when I was financially able.
To make it a priority for my mental, physical and emotional health. In the meantime, without the gym the only thing for me to do to lean out my body was change my diet completely. protein, intermediate fasting, filling up on water. There is no worse feeling to me then when I don’t feel healthy or comfortable within my own skin. Until things got better for me, I always came back to Foundation where Coach Tyler and V were there with open arms.
8 months ago I had lost my mom at 47 years old. The kind of pain that I went through/continuing to go through can be an unbearable kind of pain. Life has been confusing and really hard to live happily again.
But the one place that is my outlet and has made me the happiest… is Foundation V. Coach Tyler and Coach V help make me a better me. Not just physically, but in all areas of life and I couldn’t be more proud and thankful to be a member. ❤️

Tip #5 is something we all can work on: Monitoring Portions! 🥗Being mindful of your portions ensures you are receiving the right amount of the proper nutrients while making sure you don’t go overboard! An easy trick for keeping your portion sizes in check: Imagine your plate divided into 4 sections. Fill up 1/2 with colorful fruits and/or veggies, 1/4 for some tasty protein, & let the last 1/4 be for grains or starches. An extra life hack for your daily grind: meal prepping! This practice isn’t just about saving time; it’s your guarantee that you’re getting the perfect mix of protein 🥩, fruits or veggies 🍎, & starch or grain 🌾 in every meal. Keeping your seasonings neutral when cooking for the week also lets you add in different spices & seasonings & you’ve got a fresh menu every night without starting from scratch!
