As part of our new re opening, we would love to bless some people with catered lunch or dinner. If your office or work crew needs a spread of salad and sandwiches to fill your bellies, give us a message and we would love to help make the meal break the best part of the day.

Summer time is Picnic time. We can do Ciabatta sandwich. We can even deliver for free. $7 a sandwich minimum order of 10.

The wife made the business cards and we are about ready to start bringing the best to you and your loved ones. We are going to start small with cold sandwiches, salads, chips, fruit and veggie trays as well as cold drinks delivered with none of the annoying extra fees you get from other delivery services. To start we are offering

CUBAN SANDWICH - yummy ham, citrus pork, Swiss and pickle with mayo and mustard available on request
ITALIAN COMBO - the classic. Ham, salami, capicola and provolone on Columbinos fresh baked Italian bread with lettuce, tomato, red onion and banana peppers, with oil and red vinegar
HAM AND CHEESE - your choice cheddar, American, Swiss, Provolone or mozzarella and choice of veggies and dressing
TURKEY AND CHEESE - choice of cheese, veggies and dressing

CLASSIC SALAD - Crisp Romaine, and Iceberg lettuce with sliced cucumber, Roma Tomatoes, baby carrots and thin red onion. You can add cheese and served with whatever dressing you desire

GREEK - I have learned how to make a great Greek at some of your favorite delis and restaurants in Palm Beach county. You got your romaine, cucumber, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, red onion and tomato. Top it with tasty feta and served with a classic Greek dressing

CAESER - Everywhere I go people love a fresh CAESER. It's simple but elegant. We top fresh romaine with Parmesan and fresh baked croutons. Then we give that tangy and yummy caeser dressing on the side. If you like anchovy on your salad, we got you

SUPER GREEN - people like healthy food and I got you. I start with Romaine for crunch and fiber. Then we add spinach, watercress, cucumber, julienne red bell pepper, baby carrots, diced celery, broccoli florets and grape tomatoes. Keep the doctor away with some farm fresh vegetables from my favorites produce market Rorabecks Plants and Produce and add your dressing

FRUIT TRAY - I always like mixing things up, but I find that the classics are the winners. Juicy Pineapple, Cantaloupe and Honeydew are always winners. Then you get some ripe grapes, fresh seasonal berries and you are in business. I can always build a tray for you with seasonal fruit for any corporate event or gathering.

VEGGIE TRAY - just like with the fruit tray, we start with the classics. Broccoli florets, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, cucumber, celery sticks and baby carrots. As with our fruit trays we aim to please so let us know what you like. We make a ranch sour cream dip as our standard dip.

Howdy! It's been a while since we did events but will be offering platters delivered under Clan Waddell Catering.

Good morning world. I am coming down to the wire. I am at number 9 in the Favorite Chef competition and have until Thursday to make the top five cut off. If I can get a free vote from everyone today, maybe I can move up. Regardless, I am thankful for all the support and this has me motivated to start catering and to get a food cart when I have the cash. And when I come up, I am definitely going to hook some people up with some good food

This is about all the people I am blessed to know. Without food friends and family, I would have already been eliminated from this competition. So this just happened after David Pantone voted for me. I was 11 this morning and climbed to 9. This is insane and I don't know how I am blessed to have all these people rooting for me to succeed.

TACO & FAJITAS
Served with white or yellow rice. Your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Tacos have shredded cheddar jack or cotija cheese and come with cilantro, onion and lime. Fajitas get peppers, onions, choice of cheese and sour cream. All trays serve 10.

$110 PORK - marinated and slow cooked pork. Can be ordered spicy

$100 CHICKEN - lime, wine and garlic marinated boneless chicken. With a secret blend of herbs and spices

$100 BEEF - ground beef cooked with sauteed onion and garlic. Simmered in a blend of cumin, oregano and spices.

$140 ROPA VIEJA - the Ruiz family recipe from papi Gustavo. Slow simmered in a secret red wine and tomato sauce.

$145 STEAK - USDA choice steak. Marinated and diced
