It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Hans Melgaard, November 10th, 2022.

Hans Melgaard joined Despatch in 1960 as an engineer and in 1969 was named Vice President. He was an instrumental part of Despatch’s success developing many patents and technical advancements until his full retirement in 2016. Hans was 82, he will be greatly missed.

ITW EAE held their annual United Way Outreach events across 3 locations: Hopkinton, MA, Lakeville, MN, and Camdenton, MO. 193 employees participated, raising $59K from employee donations. This will be combined with an ITW company match to provide $117K to support the needs in local communities. Employees also donated time during the campaign, giving over 150 volunteer hours, also supporting the needs in local communities.
