Lake Marion Elementary
We are the Lake Marion Elementary CATS! We are a Caring Community with an Awesome Attitude showing Trust and Safety. Go CATS!
We're overjoyed to see our students grow and achieve their goals every year at Lake Marion! From watching our 5th graders embark on their middle school journey to celebrating the graduation of our seniors, we love making learning fun and memorable. Today, we even had the pleasure of seeing our kindergarteners play with our graduating seniors in the gym after their walk.
We're going to miss our students this summer, but we're grateful for the trust you've placed in us to educate and care for your children. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable summer. We can’t wait to see you again in the fall. To our families who are leaving, we wish for the best transitions to your new schools. Have a great summer!
We had a wonderful final Culver’s Night of the year. Thank you all for making Culver’s such a fun event every month. We love the connections and time spent together in our CATS community. Thanks to our Special Education and Specialists for serving tonight.
Friday will be a blast! Consider helping out!
We still need lots of help with Spring Fling this Friday! We are only able to pull off these great events with the help from parents like yourselves! So, thank you in advance!

Hello LME Parents! We are in need of some parents to take over some PTO committees next year. If we don’t get help next year some committees won’t be able to continues as they have in the past. Can you spare some of your time and give back to LME next school year or do you know anyone that might be interested?
You would get trained in on everything that needs to be done and the board would step in when needed.

Our annual Skateville Night was a blast! Thanks to our amazing PE teachers Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Porter and Mr. Polland for organizing this fun event. Thanks to Skateville for sharing their skates with us for our skating unit in PE. We hope everyone had a great night!
Benny was teated like the little king he is! So many kids sang, pet, and brought joy to Benny all day today. He’s zonked out at home after his big day. Thanks for all the kind gifts for him. He literally had every toy and bone pulled out of his basket to play with today. He loves being at LME!
Benny had an amazing 3rd birthday today!
Wishing a very happy 3rd birthday to Smudge, Oscar, and Benny! 3️⃣🎈🎂
It has been a joy to watch all three of you grow into such wonderful young adults. We are so proud of you all! 💕

It’s March Book Madness in the 100 wing! Which book is going to win?
Benny had an ear infection and had to see Dr. Kennelly and her fantastic team at Lakeville Family Pet Clinic. Benny got his ear cleaned and treated. He's feeling great! We are so thankful to have our partnership with LFPC. They give Benny discounted service and medication to support our School Resource Dog Program. We can't thank them enough! If you have a furry family member, LFPC will take great care of them. Added bonus! Dr. Naomi Casper also works at LFPC. Her kids have a great connection to LME. This puts the "C" in our Caring Community! Go CATS!
Check it out!

It’s the last Culver’s Night of 2023! Thanks to 3rd grade for serving. We appreciate all the ways our families have supported LME and our events. Here’s to many more in 2024!
We love Girls on the Run! This past Sunday, our girls ran their final 5k for the Fall session of Girls on the Run. We are thankful to our families and staff who ran with each of the girls during the practice runs and on the big day. Our girls also did a service project making beds for dogs and cats at the animal shelter. Another part of their giving included writing thank you cards to the volunteers who work at the shelter. This is a fantastic program that builds character and strength! GO GIRLS!
Here are more great family pictures from Culver’s Night! Thanks again 4th grade for serving.
